DRN’S ROLE IN DISASTER RESPONSE AND PREPAREDNESS

Through its work, DRN helps engineering-construction businesses engage in cross-sector disaster management activities around the world. Activities are undertaken in coordination with a broad range of stakeholders concerned with disaster preparedness, response and sustainable development.

DRN FRAMEWORK

DRN helps companies translate core competencies into sector-specific disaster management and capacity building activiites that fill identified gaps in the field. The strategic partnerships that result add value to the broader international response effort and offer participating businesses an alternative for meeting its corporate social responsibility commitments.
